HelpfulSoul works because people show up for each other. These guidelines keep it a place where anyone can ask for help — or offer it — safely. Read them, and help us keep the door open.
You must be 18 or older
HelpfulSoul is for adults. By signing in you confirm you're at least 18 years old. Accounts we believe belong to minors will be removed.
What belongs here
Almost anything, honestly — practical favors, creative projects, learning, community efforts, personal and emotional support, small businesses looking for a hand. Sensitive, personal requests are welcome and are exactly what this place is for; ask for what you actually need.
What isn't allowed
To keep HelpfulSoul safe and open, these are off-limits — posts, images, comments, or messages that involve:
- Sexual solicitation, adult services, or sexually explicit content.
- Anything that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor. This is reported to the authorities.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting an individual.
- Hate or dehumanization based on who someone is.
- Illegal goods or services, scams, or fraud.
- Sharing someone's private information without their consent.
- Spam, mass advertising, or manipulation of the platform.
See something? Report it
Every post, comment, and profile has a Report option. Reports come straight to us and we review them quickly. When in doubt, report it — you won't be penalized for a good-faith report.
What happens when rules are broken
Depending on severity, we may hide or remove content, warn, or suspend an account — with no warning for the most serious violations. We aim to be fair and to protect the people this community is here to serve.
